Front bumper/wing plastic clip

The clip that is attached to the front wing, and the front bumper clips on to it…..does anyone know if anyone is making these via 3d printing? I’m preempting that I may need a couple when I get round to wrestling the bumper off and the prices online seem very high…about £40 each side.

Check the price at BMW parts counter some things are cheaper direct from there than the likes of amazon/ebay.

I cant remember the price I paid for mine would need to look it up in my paperwork folder but I do know they were much cheaper direct from BMW.

As for 3d printing one no idea if anyone has done or tried that yet. I think you would need to print the part at a funny angle to get the strength in the correct place.

paid around £33 for one clip not long ago but cant remember where I got it. My resident Breaker mate tells me they are prone to breaking when removing them so had none in stock.

They get brittle with age but they are designed to break anyhow to protect the structure if the bumper takes a hit.

I just cancelled an order for this part with LLL Parts as it has been over a month, and reordered with Sytners. I have received parts from LLL successfully in the past, but their communication with this recent order has been woeful.
