Front Bumper Starlock Washer Size

I have noticed that all the Starlock Washers that hold the lower bumper grill have come off. I have found the Part number on RealOEM but they are very expensive when I search for the BMW Part Number so I'm going to just get some general use Starlock Washers as they seem to be exactly the same. Does anyone know what size they are?

I measured one of my spare washers and the hole is 4mm.
