Struggling to find anything remotely appealing for sale here in Australia

Is it possible to 3D print something like this perhaps?

Open to any suggestions - aim is to protect the lower bumper part while enhancing the overall appeal. My other option is to put a strip of shiny black vinyl on the lower bumper - but I'm not sold on the look
 
Seat Leon splitters apparently fit the front end. I've not seen in persion but they get mentioned often as a simple solution.
 
I’ve also see some people use the garage door gasket as a lip spoiler, in some cases is looks very subtle if that’s what you’re looking for.
 
This is the one I meant, not sure if this is a garage strip but does not bad in my opinion.
