Front bumper clearance

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question... I'm thinking of buying a Z4MC. I've noticed the front bumper appears to sit quite low on them. To park in front of my house (for washing purposes, it would usually be parked in the garage) I need to bumb up a raised kerb. Is there enough ground clearance on the car to do that (slowly?!)

How long is a piece of string?

Seriously, how high is the kerb? I sometimes have to drive up a raised kerb and its fine as long as i approach at an angle so one wheel hits first with the wheel turned.
 
You should be fine. Whack a bit of wood down by the kerb if in doubt. Clearance is ok for a "normal" kerb - say 10cms.

Have measured, kerb is 11.5cm. Sounds like I should be ok :)

Could always make a little ramp couldn't I!

Now just need to find a decent Z4MC for sale in red or blue...not an easy task ATM.
