front bumper adjustment

noticed the front bumper looks like its dropped a little, and could do with lifting about 2-3mm, epsecially where it joins near the front whhel arch, had a quick look around and cant see exactly where its fastened on, and where I could adjust it.

has anybody has their front bumper off who could help, or does anybody know where I might find a diagram of it?

It will be the 7 torx screws under the lip of the bonnet once it's opened - loosen, adjust then tighten.
