The ad is Greek and VERY funny but it's quite long to translate the whole thing.... This bit is funny though and was added after the original ad:

I dont have time to go to the bathroom, sleep or enjoy my love with my girls (in the ad he says he left his "woman" to be with his girls)
My mobile phone is on the charger all the time now

A) Dont call from a concealed number because i am tired of picking up and always hearing questions about the babes
B) At the price of 10.99€ the babes are not included, and also it's not in your best interest as they're high maintenance
C) Only people actually interested in the metal tool (he means contraption) should call and not about the other "tools".
They should just ogle. Jealous buggers...
