Bienvenu. Are you missing a piece of your front grill? Are you planning on fixing that? I was also hit by a rock or something so I would like to know if the grill can easely be replaced.

I have replaced it. but the 2003 grill hasnt been sold in France. they sold me a 2005. the fixations points are the sames. ouf

you must completely remove the bumper. after, it's easy the replace.
time of changing: about 2h...

thanks a lot to your messages

Surely, you just need to lift the grill by the uprights and pull out the bottom part of the grill to release the grill from its fastenings? The new one can then be insert by reversing this manoeuvre. Time of changing about 2 seconds!

...at least that's how you change the grills on the ///M

Also, hi and welcome. Nice collection of cars  Is the Zed a replacement for the Boxster, or are you keeping them both? I'd be interested to know how you think they compare.

I've the both cars. thank you for the infos.

Hi, and welcome - lovely cars

I am guessing when you talk about changing grilles you are either a) talking about the bottom mesh plastic grill, or b) actually talking about the radiator ? Just interested :D

Les Rosbifs from the SE welcome you. With some awsome roads & great countryside, your Zed' will be a rare sight in France as I only saw one other during my road trip last summer... enjoy.

Bonjour. You live in a fantastic part of the world.I'm coming down your way in june to have a thrash around the Alps and N85. I won't be in the Z4, but on my bike.

C'est un plaisir de faire votre connaissance! J'ai une maison des vacances en France, quinze kilometre est de Tarbes, dans les Hautes Pyrenees - Ils sont pas grand comme les Alpes mais ils sont tres tres belle.

Bienvenu!
