FREE Runflats

Hi all,
Bit of longshot, but does anyone need any runflats?
I'm changing mine to Assy 5s as soon as the rears turn up; hopefully this coming weekend or the next.

I was going to just let the fitters dispose of the old RFTs, but I had the MOT today and it seems they still have life left in them (3 of the 4 anyway), so I wondered if they could help any forum member out?

All Bridgestone Potenzas

Qty 2 225/40 x 18 fronts, both measured 5.0, 5.0, 5.0 on the MOT
Qty 1 255/35 x 18 rear, measured 6.0, 6.0, 6.0
Qty 1 255/35 x 18 rear, measured 3.0, 3.0, 3.0

The car is a 64-plate and I've owned it since it was about 18 months old.
These tyres were on it when I bought it.
The car has covered 23,637 miles.
I suspect the fronts and the lower rear are original and the other rear a replacement before I bought it.

I am in Attleborough, Norfolk.

If you can collect you can have them for free.
I'd maybe send freight if you could arrange it?

I wouldn't mind storing them for a little while if it helps you arrange collecting them.

I do need a swift response though please, as I'm not going to faff about transporting them home if no-one wants them?
(Assuming I can fit them in the car anyway?)

Last chance bump.

Getting my new tyres first thing Saturday morning, so if you need some freeby RFTs let me know quick.

Hi mate, didn't quite go to plan I'm afraid.
My mistake really, I should have stayed there to check.
I asked the manager to keep the old tyres, then went for a walk around Norwich for an hour.
When I came back, no sign of the tyres.
I asked the manager, who got the fitter over. Communication breakdown. The tyres were already lobbed into one of those container-sized skips out the back!
Peeing down with rain and no real safe way to climb in and dig them out.
So that is where they stayed.

Very sorry to let you down. :(

Phone the Police! :!:

Ahh well, at least you've saved me money on not arranging a courier...

Cheers for the offer anyways
