Free advanced rider/driver taster day 24th July

Hi everyone,

I am a member of another forum - Advanced-Driving.co.uk and they are holding a 'taster day' in Newbury, on the 24th July.

Members of the forum with RoSPA, IAM or HPC experience will be available to informally assess your driving or riding, and give a drive themselves. It's free, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and it's based at a service station with lunch arranged at a nearby pub (lunch is not provided).

If you're new to Advanced Driving and curious about what it can do for you, or you just want to come along for a fun day of driving or riding with like minded people, have a look at this link - previous days have been enjoyed by all who took part.

If you're interested, stick your name on the thread, sign up to AD-UK and add your name to the thread on there or drop the organisers a PM.

That sounds like a really good idea. Waaay too far from me, but being an IAM member myself I'd also highly recommend a day like this to find out more about what's involved.

I won't be going though, too far :oops:

Time hasnt been set as fat as I can tell. I will ask :thumbsup:

you don't have to be IAM or anything else to join the forum, just sign up in much the same way as here :D
