Bought it on ebay came 2 days early brilliant game !
Oh there's a demo out now if you want to get a Forza 4 taster before the main act, 3 cars available, a 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, a 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI saloon and a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia. You can race each one in a separate version of their new fictional Alpine road course.
Am glad to say it feels quite a bit different than Forza 3 and seems much more challenging physics wise. The new "Simulation" steering mode makes it a lot harder than i was used to but still a blast. And AI seems much improved, they're not the infallible robo-drivers from Forza 3, they make the occasional mistake and also grow nervous making more mistakes if you're following them real close behind for a while.

Sweet! Didnt knw this came with a custom (for me) dashboard image. Maybe they heard I was buying one back in July when I attended the press launch

My LE/VIP edition was delivered on Wednesday, but I wasn't able to pick it up from the PO until this morning.
Looks like there's 4 or 5 LE/VIP DLCs to download - including a BMW ///M Pack.
Just installing it all to the Xbox360 HD now (to save scratching the CD).

Not sure I like what they've done to the Nordschleife though, as every corner seems to be longer/shallower than in real life, and the track is about half the width it should be - i.e. where you can fit 3 cars abreast in real life (I've overtaken someone that was overtaking someone else) it looks like you'd be lucky to fit 2 abreast.
Also there is no sense of dropping in to certain corners (Fuchsrohe, Brünchen, etc.).
They also seem to have missed the sense of 'enclosure' you get when you're going through parts of the track with high trees next to you.
Although the Nordschleife is my only complaint so far, and I'm already at Driver Level 7.
