In need of a clean after almost 700 miles across to and around Norfolk and a quick trip to Buckinghamshire.

Looks clean to me :P
May I ask if those are OEM sized tyres? If I had to guess, they are a little bit too chunky, but they look better than OEM 225/35 and 255/30.

Took the scenic route home from a dentist appointment this morning. Only 3 degrees but the heated seats kept me warm.

Beautiful pictures Mike, reminds me of driving over the Rimutaka's in the winter, especially without any barriers to stop you going over the edge!

I can see why you were at the dentist looking at the state of the road much the same as the ones over here . Great views and photos .

Haha, no money for barriers, you just need decent tires that keep you on the road.

Great photos Mike, be a nice winter drive.(grr wish I had heated seats)

Yea, I was pleasantly surprised that the car came with heated seats. In fact, apart from the fancy adaptive headlights there are very few differences between my 2010 Z4 and my 2017 X5 in terms of gadgets.

I spent 20 years in UK and did a lot of mortorbike touring. Your A roads are probably on par with all our roads.

This particular road is hardly used, I've lived near it half my life and had never driven it until I got the Z. In half an hour I didn't see another person or car, just a few cows.

Wot, no sheep?

My E85 roadster now wearing a set of freshly refurbed 216s in Ferric Grey. Tyres are 245/40/18 all round even though the wheels are staggered. I'm on a mission to try all possible tyre sizes, apparently (I've briefly had 225/45 and 245/35 on the front too!)

I've now got two sets of 216s and a set of MV1s... should probably downsize the collection 😂

A little blast around the Perthshire countryside then home for a wash.
