Forum -Thoughts (all appreciated)!!!!

Good MOT history.
I thought good MRs were fetching around £12-13k average these days? But then Mr Luke is a car dealer who needs to make lots of money I suppose.

Unless I missed it on the spreadsheet this has had an interior swap. I didn’t find any SG & Amarone MRs.

Edit, it has said reserved for the last few days so maybe too late, unless that was you?

Looks like wheels need a refurb. Love the clean non nav look.

Amarone is very rare on any Z4 even if it does seem to have been swapped, but it has the usual Zachary Luke price mark-up!

Having said that I've only read positive comments from people who have bought from them and they do seem to find good cars.

I found - Leather Walknappa/imola-red (LSIM) as the original interiors. All recent points echo my own and confirm too - thanks

Personally I think if that’s the spec and colour combo you want and can afford it then 100% go for it, it’s a rare combo for sure wether stock or not, no point lying in your coffin twiddling your thumbs thinking you should have bought that M but instead not doing so because it’s a grand or two higher than the norm, folk piddle 2, 3, 4k upwards on a 2 week holiday a year so does it matter…?

That dealer commands too much of a premium.

There are question marks over the MOT history. More than 2 years between MOT from 2017 to 2019, but the exact same mileage.

Looks a decent example from what information is shown. If the service history is good, underneath is reasonably free from rust, engine is spotless and free from rattles. Then buy it quick before I crack.

Looks good to me. Wouldn't be concerned with the MoT history, looks decent enough. Loads of legit reasons for the gap and that was years ago anyway. Probably kept in storage and trailered to a garage when it got Mot'd again. These are 20 year old cars (nearly), if your looking for one with perfect MoT history / service history you'll never get one or you'll be waiting a very, very long time.

If there's a bit of haggle space on the price, seems like a good buy.

Just seen, shame it missed out on the lower tax band by a week  Mine missed out by a few days, still annoys me :headbang: Got a ZHP gear knob though, must've been on here at some point!

Think I saw that close up in Salisbury at some supercar show maybe 7 or 8 years ago. Love the colour combo. I'm sure it was owned by someone on here back then.

Congratulations. Looks like a very nice car. I am sure you will have seen posts on the Forum from Bigwin (Stuart) who lives near Lincoln. He has done lots of work on my Zs over the years and he now owns a similar car to your new acquisition. It might be worth contacting him to have a look over it for you. He is a really helpful guy.👍
