Forum Names...How..?

Don,t know whether this has been covered before..but..How did you get your Forum name,,?

Mine is Simples..I am a golfer and the golden rule of golf is to never do 3 putts ...

hence...y3putt... :thumbsup:

So c.mon then what's yours..?
 
I share a surname with my avatar - though spelled differently. But you'll know that from reading Carol's link :P
 
I also play golf and over the years, I've purchased more than my fair share of flat sticks. Hence my friends think of me as a bit of a putter whore - by my willingness to pay. I actually don't like the forum name anymore as I think it's a bit harsh. Ho hum!
 
Putter Whore, if you speak real nice to the mods they might change it for you :wink:
 
When I started out on car forums I was driving round in mundane company cars but was interested in much swifter vehicles.
I talked the talk, but didn't walk the walk.
 
Because years ago when the t'internet first started I used to have a MSN name "The Guvnor" and then I took my account down for a while and when I re-started it someone had pinched it. Hence......OG. Just used it on everything else since because I'm too lazy to think of something else.
 
Because when I signed up I also had a blue spitfire. Got a white stag now and use V8stagman on some forums

Because I had a beard like Guy fawkes , I used to drive a fork lift at work
And my name is simon so si forks simple
