Building something like this, but better out of it. Used to be a grass track champion winning car and had a bad front end smash. I’m really good nick dent wise. Rust wise not so much. Have a ll the bits for it bar a rear sub frame which I’m guna “make” and wheels. The Morris minor crankshaft lamp opposit was my dads when he was my age!

Nit picking here.... Your coffee/sugar/tea pots are in the incorrect order. Drives me mad when the missus doesn't put them back how she found them. C/S/T always

Love mine. Used occasionally for my commute to work. Make you feel like you’re grasstracking every time you ride it!

The pit is necessary because the workshop roof is too low for a hoist. At 10' x 3' x 6' deep, with power and light as well as 3 removable cover sections ,the wife calls it the fallout shelter :roll:
