Are the internal stickers actually sticky, or the type that cling on with static?

They are decals, so they do adhere to the window. The static ones you are referring to are the sorts that are designed to come on and off.

Applied the internal windows stickers I received yesterday. Was worried they would not look perfect with tinted windows but I realised what really matters is to get air out and get the adhesive to stick everywhere. So I used a hair dryer and the "non felt side" of a squeegee over the application layer of the sticker to really push on it. Happy with the result, it adds a small detail and advertises the forum
