Formula E live itv4

is it just me or is it errrrrrr .... dull ? looks so slow maybe i should give it more time omg not dull njust saw hiedfelts crash

prost ..... muppet reminded me of a schumaker tactic when he scat damon off rather than lose, some people just dont do fair

F*ck me, I honestly thought he might have been killed in that, unbelievable that he walked away :o

The car seemed to bend and fall apart. They are obviously vet light the way it took off. But it looks like they have made strong crash structures  I thought that could have been a fatality!! It seemed the head area hit the wall.

I quite enjoyed that and Heidfeld drove very well, I thinks it is going to be an interesting series, more about driver skill (especially this year as they are all basically the same car) and tactics. Horrific crash at the end with Prost making a rash move that could have caused a fatality, FIA needs to stomp on him.

Close on the worst bit of driving I have seen on a track. What was he thinking?

Regarding the Formula - meh. No petrol, no sound, no speed. Are these not the key ingredients (or am I turning into a dinosaur)

Agree on both counts. But it is probably going to be the future.

Mafoo, so the Tour de france and alike does not produce good and interesting racing?

Racing by it's very nature just requires more than one competitor in a series that has a set of rules that can be exploited by those competitors. Speed, sound and petrol may improve your enjoyment but does not necessarily make for better racing or viewing.

We could design a race car so efficient and powerful that the limit would be the driver losing consciousness but it probably wouldn't make good racing

Getting a bit Philosophical there Sars. Am I still on the Z4 Forum. Love watching cycling btw.

BTCC isn't as fast as F1 but still a great series to watch. I'm excited about Formula E. I love to watch motor racing and the more I have the better. FE is bound to have differing strategies and technological difficulties to overcome than F1 so will be a decent alternative imo

Good stuff just watched it, Prost was to blame Heidfeld was lucky to walk away it was a bit like his dads spat with Senna ???
