wow indeed, why I'm not a racing driver, I would have seen the dust from the off and slowed down you've got to have nerves of steel/completely insane to keep your foot on the gas through a cloud of sand with zero visibility

It's a testament to how well these cars are designed that there's just minor injuries.

But as Sars said, why did they carry on through a bend at speed when they couldnt see?
Common sense would tell you to slow or run wide.

There's a fairly tight left hander before the right hander where the crash took place. Might not have had time to react. Onboard would be interesting.
