2 years, 5 months, 23 days ago I joined this forum with the dream to one day get myself a Z4 Coupe in Black, with red leather and all the toys..

As some of you may have seen from my wanted thread : Here I was after a very specific beast.

Well after 4 months of looking for that specific spec and simultaneously selling one of my 2 existing cars (my 1988 E24 BMW & 1992 VW Scirocco 16v)

I today finally collected Dead End:

Spec is as follows:

2007 Sport Coupe
Carbon Black
Dream Red Leather
Piano Black
108s
33k
Bluetooth
Multi-Function Steering Wheel
Hi-Fi loudspeaker system
Navigation system - Professional
PDC
Xenons
Automatic gearbox
Heated Seats
Sun Protection Glass
Electric Folding Mirrors

and most important of all Stubby!

After much searching on this forum I've found the car was previously owned by an old member - Uberscott!

Already done about 100 miles and loving every second of it

Comgratulations - looks like your patience has more than paid off bluestreak56, and the result is gorgeous, despite having a tin roof

London Run here you come!!!

I'm sure we can arrange a quick West London mini-run in the interim!!!

Ah ha! You've got it

I think I commented on another thread about lack of pictures! Apologies.

Glad you found what you were after :)

Enjoy

Great looking car. I see it looks like it has the updated 108 wheels so you may not have the dreaded corrosion problems that hit those wheels. The inners look like they are grey painted rather than polished. They must have been changed under warranty at some point (or riferbed).
I had mine changed uder warranty when I owned my Z4C.

See this old post: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6623&start=30&hilit=BREAKER

Thanks for all the kind words guys, much appreciated! :D Will get some interior pics soon.

Well up for a mini-London meet anytime!

ah thanks for that thats very interesting. I know Uberscott had BMW "refurb" the wheels in 09 (when he bought the car AUC) due to corrosion so its possible they put the updated ones on then?

Check to see if they have the No 15 on one of the outside spider arms (see second pic on that old post). I think this was an indication of the newer wheel, but not sure.

Peddy, Aquazi get your thumbs out of your ass and lets meet up this weekend!!! Anyone else In London fancy it?

If you fancy a mod that looks good when you have had the car for a while, have a go at fitting the carbon rear diffuser! Haven't seen many with this on (OEM from dealer). I thought it looked great! 8)

I did a small how too on here: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=9619&start=15

Looks lovely... Looks exactly the same as mine did before I started playing :D

Here's to many smiles per mile
