No thanks. Another car with awful rear visibility. Looks like an Aston Martin top half sat on a Kuga chassis.

I think it looks great....

And who needs visibility with parking sensors!

Are you Stevie Wonder?

Have you noticed how many cars with parking sensors have dinged bumpers? I find that rather amusing. When there are kiddies running around eyeball 101 is the best way to miss them - too many false beeps from sensors (such as when you reverse between two cars, or through a garage door frame).

I am not Stevie Wonder admittedly, and I've never had parking sensors before the Z4. However, having driven large 4x4's many times before, I find it difficult to believe that visibility could be any worse, parking relies almost entirely on sensors in tight spaces and I wouldn't take lack of rear visibility into account when buying a car, simply doesnt bother me... just my opinion of course... :)

Oh and btw I've not yet dinged a bumper while parking in 10 years of driving with or without sensors...

I like it, so far...

At least Ford is attempting to make a cool looking vehicle.

X2 ... Ford really needs to break out of the styling morass it has been in these last few years, this is step in the right direction

I think Ford definitely have it in them to make great looking cars... in Europe at least - new Fiesta for starters is a fantastic looking car, Mondeo is pretty handsome too and the Kuga looks great... they just need to keep it up, next Focus will be key I think

Now, if Ford is really smart, they will start bringing some of those Euro models to the US. They had said NO to the hot little Focus, but then changed their minds. I can't wait. Might be the answer to the problem of only 2 seats when I need more and hubby is using the X5.

I like this one. Of course, I like the X6--but not the price!

Trouble with Ford is just that - they are Ford. I can only speak of the UK, but frankly I've owned them through my former company car years right up to their 4x4 efforts and they are a joke.

While the design is getting way better and reliability and quality a vast improvement, they still suffer from 2 things - Depreciation and dealers. When you take a Ford in you feel lucky just to get it back, even if they haven't worked on any of what was needed. My local Ford dealer sits in a condemed building selling parts out of a dingy shed. (Forgot I still own a Ka too and have to tolerate that dealers.)

No thank you

I have to say, the dealer I have used in the past (T-Bird, Probe GT, F150) is excellent. I bought the T-Bird and Probe new and drove the wheels off them (9 years and a trade-in on the T-Bird, 9 years and a drunk smashing it for the Probe, still have the F150). Never any trouble-standard wear and tear.

Yes - but you come from the land of customer service. You need to try some our our traditional English customer service :headbang:

From the horror stories here, no thank you.

i just dont get these urban 4x4 style cars, either do it properly with a land/range rover or buy an estate if you need more room. but of course they sell well but id take a mondeo over that thing that looks like a modern puma on stilts!
