always loved 911's but still voted for the R8. There is something a bit naff with 911 turbo convertibles, just looks wrong on so many levels, maybe a bit 80's?. plus 911's are so well engineered for daily driving they have become way too popular. ideally i would maybe give both a miss and spend the cash on a gallardo.

I chose the Porsche, but as you all know I don't like convertibles/cabriolets/rag-tops/roadsters due to my delicate Transylvanian skin.

I chose the Porsche as I thought it'd be easier to sell or part-ex for the coupe - or GT3RS.

TBH, I was shocked how well it performed against the Turbo... I thought the Turbo would leave the R8 around the track.
