Hi everyone.
Selling my 2004 2.2 I SE auto in sterling grey with full black leather interior. Mileage is under 48k with 2 previous owners.
9 month mot with no advisories and some service history. I purchased the car in May 2020 with 41k on clock. New plugs/ coil packs, abs sensor March this year. New front brakes April 21. New battery November 22. Roof motor relocated to boot. Run flats. CD changer , 2 keys and all BMW books present in original wallet.
Passenger cup holder has part of base missing. Currently on a personal plate valued at £200 which I will retain if not wanted.
Bodywork and engine excellent. Mot tester declared car to be in " mint condition ".
HOWEVER- PLEASE NOTE.
Airbag light is continuously on. The passenger, central and driver modules have been replaced together with airbags. Other Forum members are aware of the car and its excellent condition. I am very honest and the car is probably worth at least£3500 in a poor market but I have reluctantly decided to sell and offer it at a firm £2750.
If not sold very quickly I will trade it in September.
Location Chesterfield- 6 miles off Jct 29 M1.
Call or text anytime 07462931305. Tony.

I’ve seen this car several times in trying to diagnose the airbag issues

It’s a superb example well looked after by Tony and it’s a credit to him- I’m going to give it one final go to remedy the airbag issue!!!

Good luck with the sale Tony

Hi to you.
Airbag light is only a failure if it does not go out. If it isn't showing then it has no effect on mot test. You may wish to draw your own conclusion to that!!! I double checked on the DVLA website for peace of mind.

Be careful with that. A ‘proper’ MOT tester should check that the light comes on initially for a few seconds as it does a system test.
