, you need the timber for the winter!! to be fair the cross trainer was Gems idea not mine she was keen as mustard on it ... she used maybe twice!... honestly women .... nice set of rims for the price we paid

I have got well into my road biking now , got myself a new Trek this year and loving it! running a around 19 mph now which am please at did my first 75 mile ride few weeks ... but to be fair it is very flat around the Cotswolds!!!
