They are meant for heated seats but they are infact not connected to anything

I have owned that car for almost 3 years now, I've hardly done any miles on the vehicle...just over 4000 I believe. I have no idea if the water pump has been changed, nor do I know when the last time the brakes were changed. I bought the car from BMW Kirkcaldy and I've always taken the care there for inspections, MOT's and the likes. I personally have had no issued at all with the car. There are two types of tyre on the car, rear tyres are Nexen 255/35ZR18 94Y extra load tyres....and the front are Vredestein sessanta tyres....all have plenty meat on them.
