Hate to spoil your fun ... your new wheels are they Forged? ... if not keep an eye on your wheels, check them every 3 months for cracks on the outer inside rim. Google "UK Watchdog cracked 19 inch BMW wheels" and read all about it.

Perhaps you want to hang on to your old wheels just in case. I ended up with 2 rear cracked 19 inch BMW Style 296 wheels, it does happen.

There is someone out there willing to pay just what your asking and the trick is just to find them, or

They are worth as much now as someone is willing to pay.

I fear the latter in the current environment.

Personally I think £500 is a good price for these wheels plus tyres. Ellipsoids are a strange wheel to sell: they appeal to a limited target audience (possibly moreso than 108's?) but when they've come up for sale in the past they've always sold at good prices and usually quickly. That's why I can't understand these ones not selling :?

Perhaps there's just nobody looking for ellipsoids at the moment...

I'm looking to upgrade my weedy 16" to 18" and I agree with you.
The ellipsoids look like some sort of kitchen implement, almost a cross between a vegetable slicer and an egg poacher.
