I have 2 very lightly worn GY Eagle F1s at home, spares from my old car, both at least 6mm, were my spare tyres which were only used for a short time each, if I had a puncture I would change both tyres on the axle, and keep the good one as a spare.
One 225/40/18, one 255/35/18, both XL, both hold air and have no sidewall damage whatsoever, including the rim protector, no cracks and plenty of life left in them.
Front has a manufacture date of March 2016. The rear is February 2016
