Anyone broken one or two of their folding top side cover clips?
My pal in Germany has had them laser printed, He reckons 10 Euros plus postage a pair.
hope this helps someone. PM me I will link you up.

With parts starting to be discontinued there should be a fair market in the little bits that can't be got hold of.

Is it not the lower part that breaks? Mine look like to clips into that part, so think it's the lower part that would be good too make.

Exactly what 3D printing is for. If he makes the covers too he'll become a millionaire!
I have ordered a couple bur Andreas says that these parts are not printed, they where made in a "silikonform", and filled with epoxy and end up looking like new. (Only in white).

I'm definitely interested as one of mine is broken, but without looking I don't remember which part broke. If it's the top bit then it has to be black.

Wasn't referring to any quality, just that printing has the potential to help as cars get older and parts are harder to find/more expensive to make.
If these aren't printed then good job regardless.

It's usually the bottom that snaps off. The top remains where it is.

I NEED a 3D printer lol.. I remember watching an episode of either Wheeler Dealers or Car SOS where they had missing Astra GTE Mk1 wheel centres laser printed.

Apologies for the mix up on the laser print and resin moulding, We had been discussing laser printing parts, and a few weeks later he emails me to say he's done it, so I presumed. nevertheless he can do them.
