Sadly it's moulding costs
£30 a kilo of silicone
9kg for size of these
Then custom production hence not cheap as chips as bmw produced in high numbers do cost low
I'll see what can do and values with numbers to bring costs down

Marc, john-e89 has a set sitting around gathering dust. See if he will lend them to you, although you would need an armed guard at all times as these are so valuable.

I'll have you know these are kept in a mini carcoon in a concrete lined vault Firebobby...gathering dust indeed... :x :wink:

Hi D4dawg - did you make any progress with this idea? I see the covers on eBay sold for GBP170!
I would be very interested at around GBP100, provided the finish matched OEM. UK delivery would be OK..

Then once that's done how much it'll work out to do a batch
Only issue I can see are the lock down pieces
