Fogged up foglights?

Looks like condensation inside the foglights

Is this because they don't get used much and therefore it doesn't evaporate?

Worth trying to get fixed under AUC warranty?

Yes - they sit low down in the wet and rarely get used to evaporate off water.
Try for a warranty replacement as it's not wear and tear but a failure.

mixed success getting replaced under warranty, I managed to get mine done, but many haven't.
