Lots would argue the value / effectiveness of so called 'fog lights".

In certain parts of the world these are very effective, at least for signalling you are looking to race .

I have them on my Toyota Tacoma, and while I haven't seen much effect in "fog", they do help in a heavy snowstorm (whiteout conditions), but it's a lifted truck and so the height of the fog lights might make a difference.
