Am I right in thinking f the lower fog lights have condensation in them after 20 mins of them being on then it's a warranty issue. When I bought the car the dealer told me they were all like this and it was because it had been damp the night before. Is this a. Load of balls?
 
They are prone to misting, but of course shouldn't. dealer was being naughty and really you should have made the point before buying about swapping them if they did not dry up
Try for warranty but they may refuse.

If you have to you can dry them up by access through the wheel arch liner and seal the bulb better.
