foam or microfiber applicator for polish

Right chaps, I'm diving into the detailing world since getting my Zed. With some great help from the forum I think I've got everything that I need to click and collect tomorrow. But as I want to do it right, I want to make sure I'm buying the right stuff...

So For the polish stage should I buy the foam or the micro fibre applicator?

Hopefully this is all the stuff I need (Ialready have a good wash mitt)

Really looking forward to giving this a go, and the results I will (hopefully ) get!

Don't think it really matters (but I may be wrong :roll: )
Saying that I always use a micro fibre one as I think they are softer than foam ones.
