Fluid leak

While cleaning the car yesterday I noticed that a browninsh liquid has been leaking through a hole in the centre of one of the front alloys. Not that it is pouring out (or even noticabaly dripping) but i'm not sure if this is a worry that should stop me driving till I get it checked out.

I have a feeling it could be a wheel bearing seal but wondered if anyone on here could advise otherwise or has had similar experiences (I will try a get some pictures up if any help).

Cheers

Agree - take the wheel off and have a look. Could be just water from washing etc caught behind the centre cap and leaking out.

Mine does that after washing. It runs from the disk (surface rust) straight on the alloys if I don't dry it properly.

Cheers for the replies. I will keep an eye on it over the next couple of days. Thinking on it, the water comments could explain the issue. Gotta say, i am the worlds worst when it comes to worrying about car problems.

It's in for it's first MOT under my ownership next week so I would like to think if there I'd an issue it will be discovered then.

Cheers

X2 - it's just the rust... other than your alloys getting dirty there's nothing to worry about IMO.
