Floor net retrofit

Has anyone done this yet, retrofit the floor net? Are the fastener holes already there or is some DIY required? Would be a nice little cheap but effective mod if it was easy enough to do, this is on a 2006 MR if that makes a difference to the answer!

I have bought one along with a pair or cup holders. Doubt I will ever fit them, but no intention of selling so don't even ask.

The fixing just go through the carpet though.

So they just cling to the carpet?
How much was the net if you don't mind me asking? I'm kinda expecting no more than ~£25?

Around £15 from memory. Just looked and its a coarse plastic screws which the frame then clips to.

Awesome thanks
Btw, assume you know but you've blurred out your reg on the signature... but clicking your website button under your profile loads the full image with the reg plate on show?

I have retro fitted both the cup holders and the net chap. Easy to do so. I lined it up and then used a very thin screw driver to puncture a hole in the carpet to allow the plastic screw to "tap". It then screws tight.

Oh and...

Legend  That'll do!
Do they do left and right side ones or do the fasteners flip 180 for reverse fitting on the passenger side?

Fasteners and net will work either side. Some have even fitted them in the boot.
