Need to book three flights from Heathrow to Stockholm for a cousin's wedding. Does anyone know any money off things or offers at the moment? Any help would come in handy,

If you collect Avios points (BA) you can use a small amount of points to get a discount on your flight. Can't remember how many points it cost me but I saved £60 on my flight. After you've selected your flights there's an area on the summary that says log in to use points.
Extrablatt- I've got some Avios points but haven't tried using them as part payment yet, thanks for the tip. I had run a quote through for paying for one return flight using the points however the flight availability was rubbish; limited compared to cash payment, not suitable, so quite unfair I thought. I wasn't sure if I want to save my Avios for buying an entire flight one day and hadn't tried using them as part payment, second reason was didn't know could use the as part payment because the initial BA UK quote screen didn't say you could I think. Then when I fiddled with it, it came up with what you mentioned.
I don't have any experience of using Avios, what do you think about best way to get the most out of them?

Not great for a short trip. In addition because of the destination airport too.

The best VFM with Avios is to buy tickets with cash, and upgrade class with Avios. Try calling BA and ask what options you have with your Avios, it very much depends on how many you have and flight availability.
As a comparison, to fly in 2 weeks time to Stockholm for ~3 days return:
Stansted = £65
LHR = £150
Outside of this - believe it or not, travel agencies (especially flight focussed ones) do actually have access to slightly better prices, and a wider search/options. I think flightcentre typically books all my work trips, maybe worth a call.

The Avios availability can fluctuate but I recently made a booking using my points 3 weeks before my trip.
Avios tickets are more flexible than your standard cheapest economy fare so once you have booked, it is possible to make changes, add stopovers etc. But for ARN that's hardly a concern. (Beautiful city. My favourite in Europe!)

I booked the tickets and this time used SAS for return flights for £190 per person. The flights with SAS have better flexibility on available flight times so have a flight that leaves 1 hour earlier and returns 1 hour later then the BA flights could offer. Thanks for all the ideas guy gal .
