Flat spot on CSL auc car - what to do ?

Car has been fantastic and I promise to get some pics up after its 2 day detail this week , however ...

I noticed a pretty bad wobble in steering from 60-70pmh. I had it inat BMW and they confirmed and showed me a slight buckle on the inside of the offside front CSL.

I bought the car from an approved dealer down south and my local dealer says I should take it up with them .

I noticed the wobble as soon as I received the car , infact when dropping off the chap who delivered it to me . I informed the dealer down south right away , who said I should take it to local dealer to resolve the issue .

The mechanic today also told me that the CSLs are not genuine bmw z4c wheels and have the "wrong" tires etc and could upset the handling of the car.

I tried to explain that they were in fact genuine wheels from the m3 csl but he didnt seem to realise what wheels they were and that they are in fact genuine.

Any way , what should I do ? Should I take it up with the dealer down south who described the car as pristine or is it possible to get the flat spot sorted easily ?

Cheers in advance.

Jamie.

Local dealer will say CSLs are not standard wheels on car. Always a tricky issue when non standard bits are left on car. I'd speak with dealer you bought it from and ask them to call your local dealer, explain that they didn't want to deal with problem.
If that fails easiest solution will be to take it back to original dealer and ask them to replace wheel.
