After spending in inordinate amount of time on Friday washing and waxing Benny Jr. it still bugs me to catch glimpses of the long patch of flattened paint on the topside of his boot.
At some point in its' life the old boy has benefitted from a very good quality front end respray. However, the backside now needs to catch up.
Whats the solution for flattened paint? A respray or paint correction detail/polish? Is the lower paint layer affected or is this the topcoat of laquer which is affected? Any expert advice welcome....

From most angles the flatspot isnt so noticeable. Truck drivers must scoff at the tardiness though
