Flat battery?

Hi

My car's sat for about 2 weeks. Got in today, turned the ignition, just a weak ABS light on, otherwise dead.
Gave it a couple of minutes, some whirring and clicking, tried again. Now I get all the warning lights but still dead, nothing happening at the starter motor at all.
Has my battery just gone flat or is there more to it?

I would say most likey a battery, try and jump start it or give it a charge and see of it will run.
 
I'd like to try but no way I can charge - it lives on the street quite a way from my flat - and I have nothing to jump it from.

I'll try the RAC
