I'm definitely developing an infatuation with this car.

Anyone on the fence, about buying an e85 convertible or e86 coupe, jump in before people realise what a perfect little sports car these are.

They have some angles that are not all that flattering, which is perfect, as I find myself constantly looking back at the car, for just that perfect moment, that perfect angle.

You're definitely not alone with your infatuation as I have discovered!

I quite like this angle.

The Z4 E85/86 are among the very few cars where Flame surfacing actually worked. I Recall seeing a 612 for the first time at the NEC and thinking that's the worst looking Ferrari ever. Still if you want one, they are about the cheapest way into a Fessa these days.

Agreed!

I'm always looking out the window at mine and checking it out as I go off on my daily lockdown walks.

It really is a fantastic package, for me nothing better than a coupe, straight 6 and 2 seats, feels like this is the last of a breed.

To me, the E86 always look like a greyhound havin a sh!t!

Of course the best lookin zed by far is the E85 every time.

Ha! Have you ever seen a 996 911 pull away with ‘some speed’? That definitely looks like it’s ‘leaving a present’ for whoever’s behind it 😂

Always loved my E85 and the E86 is a wonderful thing to look at too - last of breed, unusual design - whatever, they’re great 8)
