Ok so my elipsoids are bubbling and lookibg scruffy and I'm in need of new tires all round...SO... new summer wheels I hear you say? Why not!

Ive decided on some 19 csl reps 8.5/9.5 in Matte Black and have ordered fk springs (Ive got sport springs on as standard).

I'm just not sure of the ofset to go for...

Ive searched a fair bit but thought I'd double check!!
They offer Et 35 front and 35/40/45 rear.

What would be best to avoid rubbage??

Fanx!

You should be ok with high 30's to 40.....Seems a lot are ET37..

How much were the FK's and where from ?

£54 delivered from fk germany..

the higher the offset the more tuck you'll get.

chose an offset too low and you'll need a skinnier section tyre to reduce your chances of rubbing.

et22 on a 10j at the rear would have the wheel pretty much flush with the body (or even a little poking out)

If you're up to it, get a set of cheap part worn tyres and experiment with different sizes etc till you're happy with everything. Then look for a more permanent set of decent tyres.
