Fixed - No need to read sorry!!

Definitely not, it wasn't even a problem just me being absolutely bleach blond (I am actually blond), should've just read the manual a bit more! Sorry for the inconvenience of posting, tried to look for a way to delete the topic...the new car is brilliant though and I will soon be posting in the newbies section (with pics!) - Cheers anyway Gannet :)

C'mon tell, everybody will assume it's really daft, If it helps I took a new car back to register faulty wipers that sometimes stopped in traffic, "that would be the auto-wipers sir"

Ok ok, I thought the radio was broke...it was all 'fine' the last few days then today it "wouldn't work" :o

The sat nav was all working fine but all the numbered buttons weren't, the mode button, tone etc. Turned the volume button left/right, nothing. So started panicking big time, got all hot and bothered and kept pressing all the buttons, cd in and out, cd autochanger, definitley worried now as no music, radio so posted the above...

Then I double checked the manual/instructions, went back out and simply 'pressed' the left knob in and hey presto, the radio came on...

Oh my god, what a plonker I think is the correct phrase

What a way to make an introduction eh?! Sorry for wasting time but I guess I've balanced that up with making you all chuckle a bit :D

Have just done the sound generator mod, taking out the piece of foam nearest the cabin, wow what a difference - Car sounded great before but blimey, sounds immense now! Will post a proper topic in newbies section with pics, questions, info etc later on weekend and hoepfully I won't have any more "problems" by then...

Cheers guys

Hi and welcome, should have just asked one of us IT blokes, we would have said "Have you tried turning it of and on again" which would have solved your problem :poke:

Funny how you can’t resist to read a topic called Fixed - No need to read sorry!!

If you want a dumb one…. A friend’s wife sitting in a car in a showroom commented that the badge on the steering wheel had been put on upside down!
