fix worn front lips w/ M aerodyn package lips instead of buying new wheel housing cover

Had a look at mine today and both have been ripped off, so just ordered a new pair. Thanks for the simple how do as I would of never of known they were missing.

What do they do?

I see they are called pressure lip.

One of mine is torn so was thinking of replacing it anyway, just interested that’s all?

they are harder, don't bend that easily - I don't think they do much for daily driving

definitely much easier to fit them, since no need to replace (and buy) the wheel covers if you wanted to fix these lips the standard way

There are 3 parts, one per wheel well plus a centre under the bumper/radiator..that one gets ripped off all the time when parking over kerbs..

Typical signs of missing pressure lips is drag/front end going light in excess of 155mph πŸ‘Ž

I find it is efficiently counterbalanced by the weight shift in my underwear triggered automatically when the front goes light at that speed. :D
