Fitting a M front bumper?

hey guys/girls
i'm seriously considering fitting an M front end to my 05 3.0 zed, but before i get down to it i'd like to know exactly whats involved ( besides buying the bumper itself, spraying etc... fog lights?.) is there a guide/how to anywhere?, or maybe some input from those on here who've already done it would be really helpful. cheers in advance.
