Here's a thought...re: Trunk vs boot, hood vs bonnet etc. What terms or names are used in other countries ? The czech republic, africa, etc. I imagine that any place with colonial roots would use english terms but what about all the others?

Perhaps "Engine Cover or Hatch" would be more International
