Fit Stereo - connectors

Hi,
I've just got a Sony MEX-N5000BT stereo, I've got a fascia too which is I've placed on the unit. The problem is after removing the stereo and unplugging the connectors I don't know how to fit the connectors from the old/current 'Business CD' stereo to the new Sony stereo.

If anyone has any advice as to whether I need additional kit to be able to plug the connector in etc I'd really appreciate it.

I added a pic of the new Sony with the connector it shipped with:

You need an interface lead. BMW to ISO. Should be loads on eBay just makes sure you get the right one for E85

Hi Alan and thanks for the welcome and quick reply. I've got a 2004 Z4 2.2.

Radio fit wise it's a business CD, I'm not sure on the detail other than that.
