PITA job unless you have access to a ramp or decent jack, stands, etc.
Real challenge getting the old bushes off the wishbones, so for that price I'd be tempted to pay someone to do it.
Don't forget to get alignment reset after it's done.
Renewed mine with powerflex bushes on saturday after extensive research on here i decided to go for it.I bought this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260940378150?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 and they came off easily.Hardest part was pressing the new ones in,used my mates vice in the end, that worked a treat.Took me 3 hours from start to finish.
On a ramp with air tools and the correct puller to remove the bushes it takes around half an hour to do both sides. Soak the rubber of the new bushes in washing up liquid and you will be able to push them on by hand.
I still have a brand new spare set I can let u have for £30 plus postage or collection in Kent/ central London - size is 66mm which does all 3 litres & most 2.5 litre engines
