First Z4

Morning All,

My girlfriend and I have just bought our first Z4. A few of my friends have them already, including one with an M.

We've gone for a basic 2L, primarily because of it's close location on Auto Trader, but also because it seems a very good deal.

We'll potentially look to get parking sensors fitted - it's a bit of a different beast to my girlfriend's R reg Peugeot 106!

We'll also be looking at a cover for the hood as it'll be stored on the road for now.

Hi - roadster well done :thumbsup: Got to be one of the lowest mileage cars now - hope its as clean and ding free as you'd expect for a car that's been nowhere .... someone else didn't drive it so now you can :driving:

Welcome to the thread OP - that is a seriously low mileage example you have found!

All you have to do is wait for the rain to stop and enjoy. :driving:
 
Nice Zed you have there pal. Like Dave 2 Dogs i got a half cover from Cabrio Shield too, this is the only picture i have of it though - sorry it's not a great one.

Although it is annoying to fold back up and put back into the storage bag when not in use - but that's probably more to do with me being inept! ha.

That's certainly the type of cover we'll go for. As you can imagine in Brighton there are seagulls everywhere - Their dietary habits mean cars parked within 2ft of a tree are at risk! (Let alone the roof motor water ingress issue!)

Took it out for a spin with the Mrs last night - will definitely need to invest in some form of hat! I'm 6'1" so the top of my head is just over the top of the windshield!

I’m useless with that sort of thing . Will be cleaning the car and taking some pictures for the weekend , keep watching ... you may have to explain what I’m doing wrong if they come out upside down again 😃
What a fantastic red your Z is . My mate has a Z3 in that colour . Its a cracking colour
