First Z4 - Newbie

Hi Rich,
Small world eh... thanks for the pics much appreciated ... nice to know it’s been in good hands before, I actually don’t mind wood, if all the dash was wood I would prob keep it . I like the V2 wheels, but not I’ve seen yours I think I actually prefer them, what type are they ?

First mods are heated seats ... gear knob of course 😂, multi function steering wheel.

When did you own it ? Any issues or advice on the old girl?

What mods did you do? I haven’t actually seen it in the skin yet, I collect tommorow , but some other user here said looks like the roof motor has been moved to the boot. Although the advert doesn’t state it .... I think I can see rear parking sensors, heated or electric drivers window panel.
Do you know what type of sound system is in it ? DSP or not? Looking get a media dice unit in if possible but not sure if that is compatible with the nav system .

According to advert it’s had back Box mod, uprated camber arms and struts, remap to 245, xenons .
Sorry for all the questions ... I’m well excited haha

Will post some pics over the weekend when I collect

Thanks

Rob

Do you know if it’s SE ? I’m confused as I’m not sure what the difference is, didn’t all 3.0 just get called the “i” which was the SE anyway.

There is an article about this on the site. It is under "How to" - General info and guides - Retrofit cruise control.

Hope this helps. I bought a new cruise control stalk from ebay for about £120. It is probably dearer at the main dealers.
