Hi everyone,

I purchased my first Z4 a couple weeks ago. I have absorbed a lot of information from this forum over the past few weeks, so thank you to all for sharing your knowledge :D

I’m looking forward to being an active member and learning more about Z4s in the process :driving:

The car I purchased is a 2005 2.5i roadster. I’m not sure if you have many members in Ireland or not but I’m situated in the east of the country.

Nice looking car, I'm from Bangor myself - the one just outside Belfast (clarifying that for our Welsh friends). Welcome, the 2.5 is a peach of an engine. Mine is Sterling Grey, only had it a few months but I love it

I won’t argue with you there, I love the hum from the straight six. This is my first car for ‘fun’ and I think I’ll be holding onto it for a good while :driving:

Welcome to the forum OP.

It's a real mine of information - I wish I had found it before I bought one!

Great looking Z4 by the way - enjoy. :driving:

Thats a good question, is it possible to find out this information online? I've only seen one since I got the car and that was the newer e89 model. I did a quick check and there are currently 17 z4s for sale in Ireland.

Thanks for all the welcomes, I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of seeing those wheel arches in the side mirrors! :D

Welcome, same car and year as mine, pre facelift so a bit more bhp just hold on when you push the sports button. What mileage is it on.

It’s just ticked over the 96000km mark so just hitting 60000miles. Feels very fresh. I gave it a full service the week I got it for piece of mind and a new set of spark plugs. It does throw you back in the seat when you get up in the revs alright :driving: :D
