First Week

Well I have now owned the Zed for a week and what a week. Everything about it is amazing. The noise was unexpected but fantastic, I keep having to go through tunnels and under bridges with my foot to the floor. Filled up this morning which showed an average mpg of 25, not bad considdering my driving style. wife still hasnt driven it ......

My other half won't drive it....she can't see the end of the car.

I set my seat really low, I cant even see over the dash!!!

glad you're enjoying it :D

mrs gannet drive my zed all of about 3 times in the 5 years we had the car - and even then only on motorways to help out with long distances. She wouldn't drive it around town!

I let my lil sister drive mine at the weekend, just up and down a road on a quiet car park
She drives a 1.0 corsa so was giggling quite a bit when she put her foot down a little bit...up to about 25mph....

Good that it's living up to expectations. Have to say that I've been nervous of cars my other half has owned, especially the RX8, but once I drove his zed I was hooked. Hope you have a lot of fun in it :)

Funny how women will drive big Range Rovers all day long (they are very easy to drive and park) but when it comes to a car with a very very long front end, it just doesn't work.

I must admit, I'm at heathrow this morning, and taking turns in the car park, not knowing whether my wheels are going to be kerbed or not, is a bit scary, but still wouldn't change it for the world.

enjoy week 2, 3, 4, etc :)

+1 (or 5, 6, 7 etc :) )

The front took a bit of getting used to, but I drove a friends XK-R regularly and that has a long snout too. His wife wouldn't drive that either!

Just about to go for a blast across the Cotswolds with my 4yo son, he loves having the top down, keeps pointing at the sky and giggling!
