Rattler, I think you have put your ///M badges on upsidedown, others will be along very shortly to confirm or deny this :D

Really :( they're the same way up as the BMW stampings ?????? :?

Yeah, I think the M should be the right way up when the indent is on the bottom of the wheel.
At least thats how I put mine on.

On the plus side they do look genuine, they're identical to mine apart from colour. There should also be a BBS stamp in the triangular indent on the back of one of the spokes.

Ah, OK - any pics to prove this? I was going by the pic that was posted. Tim

I can't find a pic of my wheels at high enough resolution :headbang:

However, whilst mine are OEM 224s not CSLs, they have never been refurbed so are as delivered by BMW. The M logos are fitted with the bottom nearest the rim of the wheel as others have said. My OCD has the centre cap fitted so that the bottom of the roundel is centred on / in line with the M badge

I've still not aligned mine & annoys me daily, but hoping for new centres for my birthday.

Mine are like Bing's, and aligned the other way up - bummer you followed a posted picture, feel for you there. All my other BMWs with 'M' wheels have been the same, if the badge is at the base of the wheel the ///M is the correct way up & not upside down.

Can confirm, wrong way around.
Mine are genuine oem BMW BBS new from the box and the ///M logos are 'readable' when the wheels are rotated in such a way that the logo is closest to the tarmac (does that make sense at all :? )

Here I was thinking those were the wheels from the new BMW "W" division. Rotate forward 180 degrees and all is well.

Those M Guys are more OCD than even I imagined.
If they all could stand on their heads ...

I'm wondering how much impact the M wheel Logo positioning has on performance ?
Just askin' .. :fuelfire:
